I like the vivid use of colours, and the sketchy style. But you should watch more out for anatomy flaws; the mouth is placed too far to the right of me, or you could push the chin more to the left of me to compensate. His right arm is much too short. When standing, his arm should reach to about mid thigh. height. And the gray colour of the pencil strokes looks bad; maybe you could have used brush and paint to line the drawing before you coloured?
